Bag Packing at ASDA

On Saturday 29th November we will again be joining up with other groups from the town for a Bag Packing session at ASDA in order to raise funds for the group.
We need all Cubs and Scouts plus their families to come along for as much of the day as possible to help us raise as much money as possible.
Please talk to any of the section leaders to find out more.
New Term: Tuesday 9th September

Beavers, Cubs and Scouts all start back for the new term on Tuesday 9th September at the usual times.
Bag Packing: 5th April

Despite having to cancel today's Bag Packing session we managed to raise a total of £1200 for the four groups which took part. That means we have raised £292 for the group which will go directly towards reducing the costs of camps and activities.
Thanks to all those that came along to help.
Bag Packing: 8/9 December

We are again teaming up with Basingstoke Sea Scouts for a Bag Packing event at ASDA on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December. At our last effort in June the groups raised almost £2000 to help fund our centenary celebrations and with the Christmas period approaching we expect ASDA to be very busy.
Please book this event in your diary now and come along to support the group - the more money we raise the lower we can keep subs and activity fees.

The group's Beavers, Cubs and Scouts celebrated Scouting's Centenary year in style at Hampshire 007 last week.
Hampshire Scouts Top Everest!

At 0650hrs on Monday 21st May three Hampshire Scouts, including ex-8th Scout James Fry, reached the summit of Mount Everest.
